Designed for the generalist teacher, this ten hour workshop focuses on teaching specific learning outcomes in art and science, using a variety of arts based activities as a vehicle for learning. Projects, for Kindergarten through 8th grade, will be presented by experienced artists and learning specialists. Assessment strategies will be discussed, and all activities are designed to be class-time efficient.

Who is the workshop for?

Teachers, youth service providers, parent volunteers, art docents, and interested individuals who want to improve and increase their knowledge and skill and thereby feel more comfortable teaching and creating art.
